Install prequisite packages first:

yum install perl gcc dkms kernel-headers bzip2 make kernel-devel kernel-devel-`uname -r`

Then run the VMBOX guest installer:

mount -r /dev/cdrom /mnt
/mnt/VBoxLinuxAdditions.run

Restart and be done with it.
